... I'm not sure what all its residents are expected to do. There's a line of homewares here called Wiltshire WonderBake, and the packaging asserts that both those words are registered trademarks of the makers.
Perhaps I shouldn't spoil your fun, but ... call any similar product they make and sell by a name other than the county it comes from. Trademarks only apply in a particular field of endeavour.
(Perhaps I need to include 'if they sell it in New Zealand' too, depending on the scope of the trademark.)
