It turns out (I learned around the 18th) to have been set up to debit my savings account.<br />17/7: Using the aforementioned visa card for only the third time, it fails (in a BNZ ATM). Fortunately the branch is open (despite being a Sunday) and I am able to order a replacement immediately.<br />23/7: I go into the branch to set up a repeating payment (standing order). I am debited the setup fee ($5) twice.<br /><br />It's not looking very good for BNZ. That's three strikes in half a month; perhaps it's time to send them out? Today I happened to look out the redirection confirmation letter, and it seems they started the redirection last week.
